Privacy Policy

Bringing AI and sensors into a family home should never come at the cost of privacy. This policy explains what information our home robotics services may handle, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Effective date: 1 June 2025 See your privacy choices

We aim to collect only what is needed to provide and support the service you choose. Sensor features and settings depend on the device and configuration in your home.

01 · Information

What We Collect and Why

Information depends on the product, functions you switch on, and details you give us when arranging installation or support. We describe relevant sensor functions before setup so your household can make an informed choice.

Smart home robotics privacy in Singapore starts with knowing what each device needs. We do not ask a household to enable every available feature to use a different feature.

Account and contact details

Name, contact details, service address and account preferences you provide when you enquire, purchase, or ask for support.

Home and household setup

Device locations, Wi-Fi or connection details needed for setup, household preferences, and accessibility or care instructions you choose to share.

Device and sensor records

Device identifiers, settings, operating status, alerts and diagnostic records. A sensor may detect motion, a fall event or another configured signal.

Voice and interaction data

If a voice function is enabled, the device may process spoken commands and related technical data to respond. The device description explains its controls and processing behaviour.

Caregiver details

Names, contact details, invitations and role settings for caregivers added by an account holder, along with activity needed to manage access.

Children in family homes

Our services are arranged by an adult. Please do not submit a child's personal information unless it is necessary for the chosen service and you are authorised to provide it.

We use personal data to set up and operate your selected service, provide care-related alerts you have configured, respond to support requests, maintain security, and meet applicable legal duties.

02 · Handling information

How Data Is Used, Shared and Retained

We use information for the purpose it was collected for, or another purpose allowed by Singapore law. That can include device setup, account administration, technical troubleshooting, alert delivery, service updates and investigating suspected misuse.

Caregiver dashboard data is available according to the access roles set for the household. Account holders should invite only people who need access and remove a caregiver's access when it is no longer appropriate.

When service providers are involved

We may share relevant information with providers that support hosting, communications, device operation, installation, customer support or security. They may process it only for the services they provide to us and under appropriate arrangements.

Some providers may process information outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps intended to ensure protection that is comparable to the protection required under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

Keeping and deleting records

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, an ongoing service relationship, dispute handling, or a legal or business record requirement.

When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete it or remove identifying details. Retention can vary by record type, device settings and applicable requirements.

We do not describe a single retention period for every sensor or account record because the relevant period depends on the service and record involved.

03 · Clear device choices

Sensor, Voice and Remote Monitoring Transparency

Elderly monitoring data protection depends on clear settings and careful access. Before enabling a feature, check the product information for what it senses, when it operates, and whether related information is stored or sent to an account or caregiver.

Camera-free configurationsCamera-free options are available for selected monitoring needs. They use supported non-camera sensors, and the information they detect depends on the installed device and chosen settings.

Sensor eventsMotion, presence or fall-related sensors may record an event or status signal rather than a camera image. Review the device details for its exact capabilities and controls.

AI voice assistant privacyVoice features may process audio to recognise a command. Their availability, activation method and processing depend on the product; use device controls to manage any available voice setting.

Caregiver visibilityRemote monitoring details are shown only through the access paths provided for that service. The household account holder manages invitations and permissions, and should explain monitoring arrangements to household members.

If a sensor or voice function does not suit your household, ask us about the controls or a camera-free configuration before installation.

04 · Your choices

Access, Correction, Consent and Complaints

  2. Request a correctionIdentify the information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete and provide the corrected detail. We may check it before updating our records.
  3. Change or withdraw consentContact us or use the relevant device or account controls where available. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot provide a feature that relies on that information.
  4. Raise a concernDescribe what happened and how you would like us to address it. We will review the concern and contact you about the next steps.

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, loss or disclosure. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for their work.

No connected device or online service can be guaranteed secure in every circumstance. Keep account credentials private, secure your home network, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or device.
