These terms explain how you may use this website and what applies when you arrange a consultation, buy a product or service, or use a connected device from Majestic Robotics.
Your order documents set out the product, price and service details.
AI alerts support care routines. They are not emergency monitoring.

A device alert may be delayed, missed or incorrect. Do not rely on Majestic Robotics products to detect every fall, health event or household emergency.
AI features and safety alerts are intended to support everyday routines. They do not replace emergency services, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or professional caregiving. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact Singapore emergency services directly and follow the advice of qualified professionals.
Keep devices connected and configured as instructed, but maintain a separate plan for urgent help. Users and caregivers are responsible for deciding when to check on someone and whom to contact.
Buying and arranging service
Any home assessment or consultation is based on the information you provide and the conditions visible at the time. It is not a medical, electrical or building inspection unless the written service description expressly says otherwise.
Tell us about access needs, household routines and relevant device or network constraints before the appointment.
The product description, accepted order and any written quotation explain what you are buying, the applicable charges and payment timing. Prices and any applicable taxes will be shown before you confirm an order.
An order is confirmed when we provide written confirmation. Contact us promptly if its details are wrong.
You must arrange safe access to the installation area, obtain any required permission from the property owner or management, and tell us about site conditions that could affect the work. Installation dates may change if access or safety requirements are not met.
We will explain any site-specific work or charge before proceeding.
Where a service has a recurring fee, the order details will state its price, billing interval, included features and cancellation method. You may cancel through the method stated in your order or subscription account; cancellation takes effect as described there.
Refunds, rescheduling and cancellation charges follow the terms shown at purchase and any rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
These robotics subscription terms should be read with the specific order or service plan you accepted. If documents conflict, the more specific signed or confirmed order applies to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
Using products responsibly
Warranty duration and coverage depend on the product and are stated in its warranty information or order documents. Keep your proof of purchase and follow the care, charging and maintenance instructions.
A warranty does not limit rights that Singapore law does not allow us to exclude.
Use devices in the home and for the purposes described in their instructions. Do not tamper with safety features, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with another person's account, or use a device to monitor someone without an appropriate basis and any required consent.
You are responsible for account access and for keeping login details secure.
Products depend on factors such as power, connectivity, sensor placement and correct setup. A network outage, unsuitable environment or device fault can affect a feature or alert. Follow the product instructions and check the device status regularly.
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Majestic Robotics is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use a product or service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes a consumer right that must remain available.
If a concern arises
These terms and disputes connected with them are governed by the laws of Singapore. The Singapore courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory process or consumer protection right that applies.
If you have a concern, contact us first with your order reference and a clear description of the issue. We will review the details and respond through the contact channel you provide.
Where both parties agree, they may consider mediation in Singapore before starting court proceedings. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using a process required by law.
